Emily Matthes After spending 10 years as a restaurant general manager, Emily Matthes needed a challenge, and Roxane’s patrons have certainly benefited as a result. Since taking over the reigns as chef, Emily has infused an exciting new array of dishes into a menu that delivers something for everyone. Her mission in the kitchen is twofold: to make the food so tasty it doesn’t need even a hint of seasoning and for customers to walk away happy.
